God's Word: III John by ric gustafson
The book of III John was written in 85-95 AD by the Apostle John. The letter was written to Gaius who was a Christian in Asia Minor. The letter had two purposes. The first was to praise Gaius for his loyalty. The second was to criticize someone named Diotrephes. John warned against acting arrogantly, gossiping and refusing to welcome other believers.
III John 4 says my children are walking in the truth.
