The book of II John was written in 85-95 AD by the Apostle John. The purpose of the letter is to warn believers from falling into deception. This letter reminds believers that false teachers corrupt the gospel. John reminds us that love and walking in God's commands are very important.
II John 6 says and this is love that we walk in obedience to his commands.
