Harlan yawned as he ate the last bite of his stale plain donut. This long morning meeting was starting to make him tired.
" Before you leave I have one more item to discuss". Their boss, Frank Miller, grinned at them. Harlan and everyone at the conference table groaned.
" As of friday, I am retiring from this company". He stared at the confused faces of his employees. " Harlan, can you please come up here?".
Harlan quietly stood up and walked up to his boss.
" After a lot of thought, I have decided that I would like Harlan to be the next president of this company".
" Thank you Frank" Harlan said as he shook his hand. He couldn't wait to get back home and rub that magic lamp.
