Glinda the Good was portrayed by actress Billie Burke. The Wicked Witch of the West was portrayed by actress Margaret Hamilton. Glinda embodied the warm light. The Wicked Witch embodied terrifying darkness. Neither actress knew that their performances would go down in movie history,

Billie Burke was a beauty from a bygone age. Margaret Hamilton was a single mom and a former schoolteacher. Both needed the work. Their performance in the Wizard of Oz will go down in movie history. We will look at both actresses and their amazing lives.
