Isaiah 64:8- 'we are the clay and thou our potter'
This name refers to God the Father. Potters make useful vessels from clay. When God created Adam from the earth, he was the first potter.God puts us on his wheel of life and then he stretches us and molds us for his great purpose. It is a messy and difficult process but in the end God will turn us into a work of art.
