One night, I woke up and realized that I felt different inside. I had conceived.
Adam and I followed the river south through forests and meadows. The ground was so hard to sleep on that I spent three days weaving mats for us to sleep on. I asked Adam if he could find his way back to the Garden. He was silent.
" Do you remember when the One said that I would bear the seed?".
" Yes".
" I am pregnant with that child".
Adam blinked in amazement. " I did not even know".
