Lent 2017: II Corinthians 5: 16-21 by ric Gustafson
God's Son Jesus Christ came to earth to die for us so we can have salvation. This passage from II Corinthians talks about being a new creature in Jesus. When we receive Jesus into our lives, we are saved and reconciled.
We must be born of God. We must be converted and changed so we can become a new creature in Jesus. We need Jesus to be in us and us in Jesus. In Christ, we are a new creature. Then our sins are forgiven and then we can seek Jesus in everything that we do. We are born anew.
