God does not need a place to live. God wants to live in us. God wants to dwell among his people. As believers in Jesus, he lives in us. This is part of our identity. Jesus has come to dwell in our heart through faith. We are God's temple and the Spirit of God lives in us. Jesus wants to dwell in the church the body of Christ. God will never leave us or forsake us. That is his promise.
