Lent 2021: blood of the covenant by ric gustafson
According to Hebrews 13:20, God brought Jesus from the dead. This was by the blood of the eternal covenant. This was the blood of Jesus Christ. This blood of the covenant is mentioned in Matthew 26:28. The blood of Jesus refers to his death. The wrath of God had to be satisfied with the suffering and death of Jesus. Then God raised his Son from the dead. Praise God's name.
