According to II Corinthians 5, so that in and through him we might become viewed as examples of the righteousness of God. We are the righteousness of Christ. When Jesus died on the cross for us, he paid the cost of our sins. He replaced them with righteousness. Jesus did this so we could be with him forever. God sees us like he sees his Son. God loves us more than anything else. Praise God.
