It is not sure who wrote this letter. It was received by the early church. Sin can slow or even stop our race through life. This bible verse reassures us that those in heaven who came before are encouraging us. This large cloud of witnesses surrounds us and encourages us not to give up. It is easy to get discouraged by life but this cloud of witnesses encourages us to keep going and not give up.
