The prophet Isaiah was from the eighth century BC. In this verse, he is talking about the coming of Jesus. He is also talking about the restoration of God's people. He says that Jesus the Messiah would suffer for others.
God sent his Son to pay the price for our sin. Jesus suffered for us so we can be with him forever. I love God and his Son more than anything else. Praise God.
