The Apostle Paul knew what his old life was. But now, he had a new life in Jesus. In this bible verse, he proclaims that he is pressing on toward the goal. He knew what the prize was. Paul knew the power and beauty in a relationship with Jesus Christ. The ultimate prize to Paul was to be one of Jesus's forever. To Christians like myself, that is our ultimate prize also. Praise God.
