God changed the name of a man named Abram. It was changed to Abraham. Abraham became the father of nations. A man named Moses was the lawgiver. To Christians, he was the model of faith. Then came Joshua who was an aide to Moses. Then came David who became a king. Then came Solomon who had wisdom and glory. Then came John the Baptist. He prepared the way for the Lord.
Then the world awaited for the one to save it.
