According to Joshua 1:9, be strong and courageous for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. God called Joshua to lead the Israelites into the Promised Land. Joshua was called because Moses died.
When the storms of life come, it is hard to be strong and courageous. Joshua's call wasn't easy. Our call is the same way. God does not promise an easy life. God does promise to be with us no matter what. Why because he loves us more than anything else. Praise God.
