Job: Job 29-31

Job: Job 29-31 by ric gustafson

In Job 29-31, Job remembers his life before tragic events happened. He laments in Job 30. In Job 31, he appeals for justice. Job thinks about the good ole days in Job 29. He thinks about his relationship with God. He misses an intimate walk with God.
Job 30 is Job's final lament to God. He feels hopeless and desperate. Job seeks justification. Job feels like he is alone, despised and rejected. He feels that God does not treat him as righteous.
And now we come to Job 31. Job makes his final appeal. He worries about sins that he may not have repented. Job has run out of patience. And now he makes his case. He wants God to answer him. He is a suffering believer. He needs to know how he stands with God.
He will find out his answer.
