We are human beings. We age. We all have to deal with the aging process. This culture glorifies youth and the young. Sometimes we feel we are losing our worth. God thinks different.
To Jesus, we are radiant at any age. Being a child of God never fades away. Yes, we get older and fade. But in the eyes of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit we will always be a child of God.
