Strawberry Field was a Salvation Army orphanage five minutes from his home. On walks with his aunt Mimi, they would walk by this huge Victorian building. The wooded grounds of this place became a magical playground for John and his friends. With his lost childhood, this place became bliss to him. The song was released in Feb 1967

This song and ' Penny Lane' were on a double A side. They were not on the new album. That album was ' Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band'.

Gabriel and the young angel listened as Jesus talked to his disciples.

" Do not worry about your daily needs".

The disciples smiled.

Simon Peter grinned. " Master, not to labor or toil is good news".

Mary smiled at Jesus's feet.

Martha, in the kitchen preparing a meal, was getting upset because her sister was not helping her.

Jesus again looked with love at his disciples. " Learn a lesson from the flowers of the field".

All of a sudden, a frustrated Martha was standing next to Jesus.

" Master, are you not concerned that my sister does not help me with this meal?". She looked sternly at Mary. " Tell her to get up and help me".

" You are right Martha". He smiled. " You should not have to prepare this meal alone".

After the meal, Jesus helped the two ststers clean up.

Jesus says something different about control. Proverbs 3:5 says trust in the Lord with all your heart. The need to control could be idolatry. If we trust something other than God, he says give it me. Give your life to the one who controls your life. I trust in the Lord with all my heart.

Worry can cause us a lot of trouble. It can cause you fear and steal your dreams. Satan the Accuser will tell us that we can not break free from worry. Worrying too much can become our boss and ruin our life. Worrying affects our brain, body and emotions.

Jesus tells us not to worry. According to Matthew 6:27, worrying doesn't add a single hour to our life. Prayer can help us get away from worrying. Using prayer, we can give our worrying to God. The truth is God loves us more than anything else.

Grace describes God's character and actions toward his people. Grace is a gift from God. It is not earned or deserved. God bestows this gift on his children. We are his children.

Peace is the presence of someone. Grace and Peace is a blessing, an invitation and a promise.

Gabriel and the young angel stood by a wall of the house. Jesus was enjoying being around some new friends. Earlier in the day, he persuaded a tax collector named Matthew to join his group. Joyful, Matthew planned a feast so Jesus could meet his non religious friends. This included fellow tax collectors, prostitutes and others. Jesus accepted the invitation.

Later that night at the feast, some Pharisees and others had gathered outside the front door.

They shouted. " Simon".

He walked outside.

" Why does your Master eat with sinners?".

" That is his wish".

" Why does your Master drink and feast?".

Jesus knew what was going on outside. " Simon, invite them inside to the feast".

They shook their heads. " Why does your Master not fast?".

There was no answer. They left.

" Simon, let me return the favor of using your boat". Jesus smiled at the fisherman. " Let's go fishing".

" We've fished all night and caught nothing". Simon gave Jesus a puzzled stare. " As you wish, so let it be done".

" Push off into the deep". Simon stared at his brother. " Lower the nets".

Soon, Simon's boat was teeming with fish and about to sink.

Simon fell at Jesus's knees. " Leave me Master". He began to cry. " I am a sinner".

Jesus lifted Simon to his feet. " Come Simon follow me".

Jesus smiled. " I will make you a fisher of men".

According to II Corinthians 10:5, we demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God. 

When you get into an agreement with Satan, your life will go downhill. Satan will tell you things that are untrue. If Satan tells you your life is nothing, you will begin to believe it. Your life and potential in Jesus will suffer greatly. We need to denounce Satan's lies one by one.

We need to declare our life in Jesus. When we do that, peace and joy will follow. The Holy Spirit will help us do that. God loves us more than anything else.

He was worried that someone had already come up with the tune. He asked everyone he could find. No one had the tune. He named the new tune ' Scrambled Eggs'. When he was done with the lyrics, he named the tune ' Yesterday'.

It was included on the Help album. It went to number 1 in the US Sept 13 1966.

Overthinking is when we lose our thoughts with negative ruminations. You become what you think. Our deepest insecurities can lead to anxiety and discouragement. What we think will direct our day. God wants our attention to be on him. According to Paul in II Corinthians we can train our brains or take every thought captive. We need to redirect our mind. 

We need to get rid of negative thoughts. Through the Holy Spirit, we can find healing, restoration and freedom from negative thinking. Jesus wants us to replace negative thinking with positive thoughts.

As Gabriel and the young angel looked on, Jesus began to speak. " Today neighbors and friends". He looked around. " This prophecy of Isaiah has been fulfilled here in your hearing".

Someone shouted. " You have come to imply that you are the Messiah".

" You are the carpenter's son". Someone yelled. " We have known you since you were a boy".

Jesus began to plead. " Friends listen".

" You shame us Jesus".

Many stood up and shouted. " You shame us".

Villagers grabbed Jesus and dragged him outside. They quickly brought him up to the top of a hill. Their intention was to throw him off of it.
