It is easy to feel as if we are slaves to sin. We do habitual sin every day. Sometimes it feels as if sin defines us. But Jesus proclaims that we are not defined by our sins. We are princes and princesses of the King. We are adopted sons and daughters of God. According to Romans 8, nothing not even sins can separate us from the love of God. Praise God.
