In life, we feel loss. In John 14, Jesus tells us to not let our hearts be troubled. God knows what we are going through. The truth is that we are not in control of our life here. God sees all. God knows all. He is in charge of our life now. He is in charge of our life to come. God says reach out to me. He will send the Holy Spirit to comfort and to guide us. God says come to me in prayer. God will cradle us in his arms now and forever. Praise God.
