In Luke 19, there was a chief tax collector named Zacchaeus. After Rome got their portion, Zacchaeus could take the rest. He became filthy rich. One day, Jesus and his friends were coming through Jericho. Zacchaeus was a short man. He wanted a glimpse of Jesus like everyone else. So what was he to do?. He decided to climb a sycamore tree. 

Grace came to the pint sized tax collector according to Luke 19:5. Jesus came to his home. Why?. Because Jesus loves everyone including a chief tax collector.
