Proverbs 1: failure to yield by ric gustafson
Solomon pleaded wisdom for his son. In verse 24, he said I called and you refused. He knows that his son will be stubborn. A strong will can be positive. Sometimes we lack listening or awareness to listen. According to 1:25, sometimes we neglect wisdom. I pray we do not.
