Jesus's parables: Yeast and a Mustard Seed by ric Gustafson
In Matthew 13, Jesus talks about yeast. Satan and his followers have been growing on this sinful earth since the fall. Jesus warns us to be careful and stay away from his entanglements. Jesus describes his kingdom here on this sinful earth like a mustard seed. His kingdom here is small but growing. God's kingdom here will flourish even in this dark cold sinful world. Praise God.
