This commandment forbids theft and robbery of things that don't belong to us. Also this commandment forbids the unlawful taking of people. This commandment forbids fraud of any kind. God forbids all greed and squandering of his gifts. Greed is stealing with the eyes of your heart. The greedy will not inherit the kingdom of God. What does God want us to do?. He wants us to work hard and care for our neighbor. According to Malachi, when we don't tithe we rob and steal from God. God warns us to not do that.
