" Sonny Capps is one of our clients".

Mitch grinned. " How much is our client worth?".

" About 30 million".

" What's his business?".

" He has the largest towing service on the Mississippi River".

Mitch smiled as he began studying the file. " Impressive".

" We do 80 percent of his legal work".

Mitch put down the file. " What would you like me to do?".

Avery grinned. " Mitch, I would like you to read the file?".

" Ok".

" Then I would like you to prepare a rough draft of the partnership agreement".

" How much is this worth to the firm?".

Avery smiled. " About 65 million dollars".
