Mitch turned on the light switch in his office. He put his attache case on his desk. He went to the coffee room. He started the industrial coffee machine. With coffee in hand, Mitch went to work. On his desk were three cardboard boxes full of books, files and legal pads. What he was looking for was in Box number 3.

Just then, Mitch heard a noise. Somebody was standing in his office doorway. 

" I'm Nathan Locke". He shook Mitch's hand. " I don't believe we've met".

" I'm Mitch McDeere". He smiled. " I'm the new man".

" I see your an early riser".

" Yes".

Nathan smiled. " Good to have you". Then he disappeared down the hallway.

Mitch closed his office door.

At 8:30 am, Nina arrived with donuts. She pointed at the files and notes on his desk. " What's that?".

" Our project for the day". Mitch frowned. " We need to organize this stuff".

" Ok". 

Mitch looked at his watch. " I need to go see Avery".
