" Come inside". Henry opened the front door. " Then I'll show you around the farm".

Dorothy and Emily walked in.

" I made corn cakes". He smiled at Dorothy. " Have you ever had corn cakes?".

" No". Dorothy glanced around her new surroundings. " Is it like chocolate cake?".

" No". Henry scratched his chin. " Is chocolate cake your favorite?".

" Yes".

He placed his hands on his hips. " Mine too".

Dorothy began to walk through her new home. She began asking Emily and Henry question after question. 

When they reached a closed curtain, Henry stopped. He opened the curtain. Dorothy walked in. It was a makeshift bedroom.

Henry grinned. " This is where you'll sleep Dorothy".

Dorothy noticed on her new pillow a little doll made of straw.

She smiled. " What is this Uncle Henry?".

" It's for you Dorothy". He smiled. " I made it myself".

" Thank you Uncle Henry". She put the little doll on the window sill next to her toy lion and tin man.
