In this sinful life at times we will get short tempered and angry. Jesus says come to me instead. He promises joy, light and peace. Jesus says send your heart to him. He will give us his grace. He will send us the Holy Spirit to relax and cleanse our heart. Jesus says surrender, relax, release and let him change our heart to joy and peace.
