According to John 6:68-69, it is said Lord to whom would we go you have the words that give eternal life. Jesus Christ is the only person whose life and work will endure beyond time. He is the true bread that came down from heaven. Anyone who eats this bread will live forever. Jesus asked his disciples if they wanted to leave him also. Peter answered where else are we going to go?. He replied that Jesus had the words that gave eternal life. Peter knew that Jesus was the Holy One of God.
