At a table near the bar, Mitch watched as a short wiry man walked over. 

He frowned at Mitch. " Are you looking for me?".

" Are you Mr Abanks?".

" That's me". His voice hesitated. " What do you want?".

" My name is Mitch McDeere". Mitch grinned. " I'm a lawyer from Memphis".

" What do you want?".

" The two men who died with your son were friends of mine".

Mr Abanks sighed. " Let's take a walk on the beach".

" Sure".

The two men got up. They walked out. They crossed the street to the nearby beach. 

They began to walk.

" I'd like to talk about the accident". Mitch frowned. " What might of caused it?".

" I don't know". He frowned. " The boat was badly damaged most of the clues went up in flames".

" Was it your boat?".

" Yes". He stared at Mitch. " Why are you so interested in this accident Mr McDeere?".

" The families have a lot of questions".
