Psalms: Psalm 41 by ric gustafson
Psalm 41:1 says blessed is he who considers the poor. The word considers means to take thought for others. The word poor means those in need. There are many people who are poor in love and hope. We can show them that we care. Instead of money, we can give of ourselves, We can tell people we are thinking of them. We can pray for them and give them encouragement. We can tell them about Jesus. Consider the poor. Help others not yourself. God loves you more than anything else.
