Psalm 119 is the longest chapter in God's Word. It was written into 22 stanzas of eight verses each. Every verse in this chapter starts with a letter of the Hebrew alphabet. Just about every verse of this chapter talks about the Word of God. This chapter promises that if we hide God's Word in our hearts, it will retard the development of sin in our lives. We are all tempted to sin. But we can fight them. When Jesus was tempted, he quoted Scripture. God loves us more than anything else.
