After his baptism, Jesus was tempted in the desert by Satan. Jesus prevailed. He revealed his true character. He revealed the nature of temptation. He revealed Satan's limitations. We need to use God's Word to fight Satan. Light triumphs over darkness. Jesus will give us the power to defeat Satan. That power can be used for God's glory.
