It is easy to feel depressed when we see ourselves in a mirror. We are critical of our looks and think that others feel that way about us. Jesus wants us to look at ourselves in a different way. Instead of studying our outward appearance, Jesus wants us to look on the inside instead. Jesus looks at our heart not our outside body. What matters to Jesus the most is our heart. Praise God.
