" Mary, what is this thing your mother tells me?".
" It's true father". Mary began to cry. " You must believe me".
Joachim grinned. " Mary, have I ever failed to believe you?".
" Father, I am going to have a baby".
" Joseph's?".
" Father, Joseph and I have not sinned".
" Mary, you have not sinned in God's eyes".
" Because I am betrothed to Joseph".
" Yes".
" Father, I am the chosen one".
" The chosen one?".
" God has chosen me".
