When life gets you down and you are feeling blue, help others. Helping others will get your attention away from your own problems. Sometimes we feel like we are in a hole. We can't find our way out. Our hearts can open by helping others. When we help others, we have healing and joy.
Isaiah 58 says we are like a well watered garden. Our hearts long for fulfillment. We can have this by helping others. We can be like a well watered garden. This is with God's love as the source.
