Can we stay young in spirit?. Can we stay young at heart?. God does not want our spirit to age. So how do we stay young in spirit?. God does not want us to think in a negative way. God wants us to empty out worry and anxiety. God wants us to empty out guilt, regret and self pity. Proverbs 14 says a relaxed attitude lengthens a man's life.
God wants us to have a strong, vibrant, faithful and joyful heart. Why?. Because God loves us more than anything else.
